NOVO Esports x Octopus – Official Jersey with Pow3r and Danipitbull

NOVO Esports Octopus marks a major step for both Italian esports and international streetwear. Octopus, the iconic Milan-born brand, partnered with NOVO to bring its unmistakable design language into competitive gaming. I managed the full production: on-site filming, photography, and complete post-production, delivering a launch video tailored for social and partner channels.

NOVO Esports Octopus: a prestigious collaboration

Octopus chose NOVO for the team’s ambition and rapid growth across titles like Valorant, Rocket League, and EA Sports FC. Moreover, the release was fronted by Giorgio “Pow3r” Calandrelli and Danilo “Danipitbull” Pinto, whose presence gave the campaign credibility and reach within the Italian community.

The official jersey

Made in Italy from technical fabrics, the jersey combines Octopus’s famous tentacle motif with NOVO’s modern esports identity. As a result, it delivers technical apparel designed for comfort on stage and impact on camera. In addition, the rollout highlighted materials, fit, and the story behind the design.

My creative role

I was chosen to tell the full story: dynamic b-roll on gimbal, dedicated photo sessions, and fast turnarounds for daily social edits. Furthermore, in post-production I refined the footage with color grading and sound design to ensure the energy stayed consistent with the collaboration’s tone.

Why this matters

This project shows how esports and fashion can amplify each other. Therefore, the partnership engages fans and opens conversations with sponsors and media, positioning NOVO beyond competition results and into lifestyle relevance.
